When it comes to trade shows and events, you want to ensure that you are putting your best foot forward. This means having a display that is both eye-catching and informative. The Xtended Custom Modular Display is an example of just that. We designed this display for a business that wanted a unique and customized experience for its clients. So let’s take a closer look at some of its features.
The beautiful detail that went into this exhibit makes it stand out and turn heads. Standard Octanorm layouts are often wall and graphic, but this design got creative, using the hardware more distinctively, adding interest, structure, and stability to the piece. We made custom cuts to create the corner feature that forms a small meeting room area. In addition, we powder coated the frame black, red, and grey, which also makes it more striking.
The graphics combine photography and pictorial shapes, and the use of the two different things gives this 10 x 20 booth what seems like separate sections. However, the main feature of this piece is the curvey wall that adds depth and texture beyond what you can achieve with graphics. This kind of wave has been used by Xtended in their showroom previously. We chose to mimic its sculptural look and feel, and its effect on the eye is almost an optical illusion that is truly eye-catching and currently on-trend. The wall consists of two MDF panels that each spent about five hours on the CNC machine. They were then painted to seal the wood and finish them off.
We cut out a 3D logo on the CNC and added vinyl colour. Their logo shape is repeated through the booth, ensuring that people know who they are. In addition, a monitor was added to the textured panel area and can be updated frequently with different messaging or graphics. Monitors are always a great way to keep your booth as fresh and up to date as possible.
We designed and constructed one crate to house the entirety of the display for easy shipping and storage. And as a finishing touch, we created a set of detailed instructions that outlined each step of the setup process. So when learning how to set up their display or if Xtended ever needs to hire help with their booth set up, they can leave that set of instructions in the crate, and whoever is setting up the booth can do so with ease and clarity.
In the end, we worked with Xtended and successfully brought multiple brand elements together to develop a cohesive and eye-catching trade show display!
