WestJet: To Give or Receive

Once again, we were honoured to help bring WestJet’s Christmas Miracle to life. This year, families were invited into a life-size WestJet blue Santa hat for an experience they would never forget. WestJet left it up to them, with help from a holographic, interactive Blue Santa and Ebeniza Scrooge, to determine whether to give or receive the presents waiting under the Christmas tree.

Exhibit Studio was asked to make some changes to the London Phonebooth and have it call Santa Clause’s workshop. We all know Santa is a busy guy at Christmas, so it was directed to his voicemail. Children were able to leave Santa a personal message to make sure the big guy knew what they wanted for Christmas. David had to put all of his electrical and technical know how to the test to get this voice mail perfect!

We also got to re-use the giant 10ft teal bow we originally built for the WestJet Hangar Grand Opening. If you look carefully, you will see the Exhibit Studio’s contributions to this spectacular Christmas surprise in the WestJet Christmas video below!
